Messy Play Kits are like science kits for kids but even more hands-on, more messy, and all fun!
This Dinosaur themed kit includes the following activities:
1) Build an erupting volcano
2) Hatch colorful dinosaur eggs
3) Make your own dinosaur fossils
The Kit comes with materials and instructions for these three activities, as well as an affiliated website with detailed photo instructions, educational resources, and extra ideas for learning games for kids you can play with your child. You'll be able to see how your child is learning through play, how you can extend their learning, and enjoy quality time together. Who knows, maybe you'll end up playing dinosaur games in the bathtub and creating a small world with the Erupting Volcanoes and Dinosaur Eggs!!!
Do you want more themes to arrive each month? If so, check out our monthly subscription!
Note: box arrives with a circle sticker on it, as seen in the group photo at the end.
All kits are for ages 3 and up, and contain non-toxic, washable materials.
I gave this as a gift to my friend’s daughters who loved it. Their favourite was the dinosaur hatching from the egg. Highly recommended!
We've loved doing the dino projects in our kit! We've also been checking out the messy play kit Facebook page and have been enjoying trying those projects as well! I really appreciate Robin's enthusiasm and also her support of other mom owned small businesses. We are looking forward to many more months of kits!
Let me start by saying that I received this kit in exchange for photos and an unbiased review.
Now that that’s out of the way let me tell you how absolutely amazing it is. My son will be 5 in a few weeks and he LOVED this kit. He is very eager to complete the kit. He enjoys touching it and it opens scientific dialogue about chemical reactions. He’s a homeschooler so this is so perfect for us. It’s fun, messy with easy clean up, and educational. After he’s done with an activity it kept him busy for at least a good hour of play while I was able to get other things done.
Win win! I definitely HIGHLY recommend this kit. Especially for your little Paleontologist.
My son *loves* this kit! We first played with it when he was 7 and he’s 9 now and still loves watching the egg fizz and “hatch” away!
