Great Customer Service

I first saw these kits at a San Francisco Etsy fair in San Francisco and later purchased for some kids in the family. Shortly after my purchase, I realized I made a mistake in the recipients name and also wanted to add a gift note. I wrote in to customer service and had a response within an hour. Super friendly and quick. I also love that I can spread a little creativity and playfulness to kids in the family with parents that may not be so inclined to allow for messy play;)
